Greeting from SC. Yes, I had this problem for a few months when I first got
AOL. The way I stopped it was I finally took AOL's advice & just block all
incoming mail to that address & use a different screen name. Please trust me
when I say it is much easier to give out a new screen name to all your
friends & relatives than deal with the stress of opening unwanted mail
everyday for months. This was the only way that mine stopped after 2 months
of dealing with trying to report, ignore, & delete daily unwanted mail. I
then could looked forward to hearing those famous three word "You got mail."
