Hi,
I had a "spell" about a year after my original dx.(8/13/95),that was
treated with solumedrol 1000 mg IV daily for 5 days. It did not do anything
for the problem. Basically,I had an increase in numbness and some more
difficulty walking. The walking is better, the numbness is even more
pronounced. I've never been on oral steroids.
I certainly hope you don't lose your disability if the dx. changes from
tm to ms. Could you contact a lawyer and ask that question? In my area, most
lawyers have a free initial consultation, maybe there is something like that
in your area. Good luck and best wishes,Cheryl
