Actually, this is what I do when I go fishing...I take a chair with me to
sit down in. All my bait and snacks are right there next to me. My
boyfriend is wonderful if at some point, I say, "Come help me please." Even
sometimes I don't want the chair, you can always sit on the ground. A
little hard, but it'll do. :-) Even when I first got TM, I still tried to
do all the things I use to do. Granted, I don't exercise all that much
anymore, but I can still fish and go on short walks. I mostly sit in front
of my pc and work on my webpages. :-)
Maybe that was something that helped me when I first got TM, to not quit
work, to keep moving around, and being careful of where I went *so I didn't
fall down*. My doctor is honestly amazed at how well I've progressed, and
so am I. :-) Anyways, at least fishing is some sort of exercise! :-) Keep
it up, I'm sure you'll get better day by day! :-)

Natasha.
