Hello my friends,
Regarding the copper rings etc, I just have a question. I tend to be
effected by the cold more so from the fault line (T6 to T8 - the lesion
area) mainly in the winter and on wet days, do you think a copper ring would
help?? also seeing it mainly effects the lower part of the body, would a
ring around the ankle be better or a copper plate in the shoes?? Any
advice please:
Kind Regards from Errol, Narnagba, Queensland, Australia, (who has never
used copper or magnets at all).

Hi Jan ~
Finding copper large enough for the entire area of pain IS a problem.
It's my entire lumbar region. So.... Bill bought a piece of copper, cut
it into an oval shape, padded the edges and I just slip it into the
waist band of my pants. I've got to figure out a better method of doing
this because it slips around and drives me nuts!! :) Not to mention...my
skin has always been super sensitive...now it's HYPER sensitive!
When I figure out a comfortable way to wear this stuff I'll let you
know. :)
Love, Lynn
