For tm'ers, it isn't. As I understand it, it is intended
for spasticity of cerebral origin. The following is from
www.rxlist.com

"Gabapentin is indicated as adjunctive therapy in the
treatment of partial seizures with and without secondary
generalization in adults with epilepsy."

But my neuro prescribed it anyway. I observed no benefit.
The physiatrist at Dartmouth said it was useless; go to
baclofen or Zanaflex. I did.

Alton, still seeking someone with impressive experience
installing baclofen pumps; unimpressed so far
