Hi Karen,

re your migraines, homoeopathic drops work really well if you can get your
hands on some (health food shop?, naturopath?).

I found the following when I was going through rehab.thought you might like
to print it and keep somewhere close by;

Life is hard.
It is meant to be hard,
To test us, to test our mettle,
to break us - or - to make us.
And the lessons of life
are equally hard.
Yet, if we are astute and quick
then we will only have to learn
those lessons once.

So basically I think this all means, life's too short to drink bad wine!
