Jane, you are so welcome. :) I learned that shopping cart trick way
before TM..
when I was teaching four kids how to grocery shop and inevitably one of
them would take off with the cart! Also, I was living in California at
the time and it would be so hot in the car that the ice cream would melt
before I got home. That's when I figured out it would help to have all
of the cold stuff bagged together. Another idea is to throw a cooler
in your trunk...buy a bag of ice on your way out of the grocery
store....put your meats, cheeses, etc. in that cooler. This really
helps during those hot summer months.
