Jane,

I have that every time I get out and work in the
garden. My hip joints, legs, and lower back
just give me fits. I'm ok after I can get inside
and put myself in a comfortable chair or the bed
for awhile.

We live on an acreage and have both vegetable
and flower gardens so I was used to being out for
most of the days prior to tm but now work in spurts.
I have found that if I stand up straight frequently the
pain is more tolerable. I don't think that there is any-
thing bad happening so I am not going to quit gardening.

I find if I sit on stool I can work for longer periods before
I have to stand and stretch. This can happen if I stand
too much in one day, or if I walk too far without aid, i.e.
shopping cart. I get my best robot walk going when all
this happens.

I don't think that this is sign of anything. I think that we
just feel what's going on inside more than prior to tm and
squatting must be one of those positions that hurts. I am
more upset with the fact that this limits my capabilities
and doesn't let me stay with the 'job' til it's done!

Hope this has helped. JanH
