I have a question for you all re an episode I had yesterday
that scared me.
Seattle finally had a day of blue skies and warm temps. I
went out to clear the winter debris from the front flower
bed. Not a difficult task, no strenuous digging or anything
- just pulling dead stalks and some weeds. Progressively
over about a half-hour, my legs and hips got worse and worse
to the degree that I was almost completely unable to walk or
stand. This was different and worse than the original TM
onset symptoms in terms of walking. Things started
returning to normal within a couple of hours and today is
fairly OK (not a "best" day, but OK), although the spine
aches a lot.
I can't figure what caused such a reaction. There are lots
of other things I regularly that are more demanding, such as
vacuuming, doing laundry, moving furniture, etc. I guess
the only other thing I can add is that we went grocery
shopping yesterday morning.
If any of you have some insight, I'd sure appreciate it.
Thanks.
Jane D.
