I agree with Lynn. Don't mention the mobility status
in the resume.
I spent most of my career as a [technology] manager,
hiring people in the process. The purpose of the
resume [from my viewpoint] was to help me screen
whom I wanted to call in for an interview --- a marketing
brochure for the applicant. The decision to call one
in was part logic and part gut feel. I answered to no
one when I rejected a resume.
Laws or no laws, the world is not perfect. There will
be many people who will reject a "potential problem"
out of hand. They answer to no one in doing that.
If you believe the physical status will be irrelevant,
ignore it. If you don't know, then when they call you
to set up an interview, ask about it with a wording
that says you don't want to disappoint them if that is
the case. They will appreciate not being blind-sided.
Good luck,
Alton
