I forwarded my 12 March note to Jeff C, but that
note did not discuss fit or full function. :-)

The briefs made by HealthDri are more than merely
leak resistant. They wick away, absorb, and hold
urine and other fluids.

The fit is almost normal. Except for a middle strip
front to back, they are normal, tight fitting briefs.
That strip is not prominent: in the x-large size,
starting at the rear waistband, the ~3 inch wide
strip has nil thickness at the top for 7 inches, maybe
1/4 inch thickness for 6 more (nearly to the low
point), about 3/8 until it gets to about leg edge
height, 1/4 for little more than an inch (~=fly),
and nil to the belly band. If I were a teenager with
a flat belly, it would show under bicycle pants.
I am not. Under my sweat pants, it cannot be seen.

The heavy absorbancy ones I wear can hold 6 oz (170 ml)
of urine. OK, that's only half a (USA) beer, but they
do well their intended function of catching an oops.
You are not supposed to use them in lieu of a toilet.

These briefs are washable ("300 times", no bleach).
I pretreat any spots with Shout [tm], but this isn't
as good as I'd like, so some have inside stains. [My
mother always said to wear clean underwear. I try.]

There are no inserts to mess with. If I were to change
clothes in a locker room, no one would notice.
