When I got the note from Ben, sent to me privately, I without thinking
forwarded it through to the list because I thought others would be
interested. I should have asked him first, especially as the note contained
his personal phone number.
Evidently he got some negative, or at least less than kind feedback -- I
don't know what exactly. I felt badly about that, especially as he was just
trying to be helpful.
