Hello everyone,

We were approached by a person working on an article for a monthly
publication called SUCCESSFUL JOB ACCOMMODATION STRATEGIES. If you are
working now with TM please respond to the following questions:

#1. City and State you live?

#2. Have you had any accommodations (both wheelchair and nonwheelchair) and
what the symptom was that you needed the accommodation for?

He doesn't need a name or place you work just the above questions answered.
I am in a wheelchair and have had many changes made at work. Things like
larger office/cubicle, lower kitchen appliances, lower bookcases and file
cabinets, and handicapped parking. I'm still working on a special keyboard
or voice activated software(since my hands are effected) and accessible
exercise equipment added to the existing workout facility.

Thank you,
Paula Lazzeri
