WTG! I like to hear these kind of accomplishments..All that hard work has paid
off eh! Keep it up as I know you will :)
You must be tickled pink Gunny and rightly so. Me thinks this summer, we'll
have to start training for the Boston Marathon.
Maria who gets more motivated when she hears stories of progress!!
It's 01:20 and I just got home. Something I noticed as I was coming up
the seven steps to my apartment. This is the first time in 11 months that I
did not lock out my right knee. I didn't notice it till I was on the third
step, then I became very aware of it. I went down the steps and tried it
again. No lock out. Normal flexion and balance. I'm two and a half years into
this, so it just goes to show that improvement does come as long as you push.
Who knows, maybe this thing can be beat. I'm still using a cane but didn't
need it to push off with the right leg tonight. Hah, man do I feel good.
