Did she start her shot on Monday? If she works Monday through Friday, she
should move it to Friday. I know I've already given this advice to you, but I
since I love to tell people what to do, here goes! She should take tylenol an
hour before her shot, take her shot at bedtime so she sleeps through any aches
and pains from the Avonex, and drink LOTS of water the day of and the day
after the shot. The nurse told me that and I've also heard it from other
Avonex'ers. Also, take the injection kit out of the fridge an hour before the
shot so it can be at room temp.

Let me know how she's doing!
