So, it seems that your neuro must be a clone to my wife's...:>) :>) :>)
His lack of informative skills was waay beyond reason, and it wasn't till I
showed up clipboard in hand and a brainful of questions that he loosen'd up
and started giving us the straight facts. As he should have done all
along.

The symptoms you described in your e-letter sound so similar to my wife's,
who started with a TM dx, only to have it changed to MS after her second
MRI-confirmed exacerbation. We started her Avonex treatment today. News
at eleven.

Don't let up on your docs, and search the 'net till you blow your hourly
allowance (if you have one) or till the kids demand the 'puter for their
games (if you dont, have a cap, that is). And keep up the pressure till
all your questions are answered. Or a semblance of same. Doctors need to
be knocked off their illusionary pedestals and taught to deal with their
patients with a sympathethic hand.

And ask us all as many questions as you want.

Hey, who slipped me this here soap box.........?????????
