I have been diagnosed with partial transverse myelitis and have been =
very lucky as I have made it out with only some leg pain and weakness. =
I also have a B12 deficiency. The last MRI I had of the brain showed a =
lesion in the white matter but have no symptoms of MS. The thing that =
has been plaguing me for the last year is a sudden passing out. It =
lasts only a few seconds to a minute, but I have very little warning. =
It is a royal pain in the butt (actually in the head as I usually clonk =
it hard). For the week after I feel very lightheaded and have periods =
of numbness to my face lasting a few seconds to a few minutes. I have =
had every cardiac test in the book, I am not anemic, and do not have =
evidence of seizures on 2 EEGs, but no one can tell me what is causing =
the blackouts nor what to do about it. I am getting extremely =
frustrated. Anybody out there have any ideas? Karen
