I don't know if it's what you're looking for, but Amantadine is one drug
prescribed for TMers to relieve fatigue, although its primary purpose is to
help prevent cold and flu viruses in people who have compromised immune
systems. My neuro at Johns Hopkins said that there have been findings that
question whether it is effective for either purpose.
