Thanks Jim for backing my theory with ONE success story already.
I forgot to mention that you need a Calcium/Magnesium combo for proper
assimilation.
The one I take now has zinc, manganese, copper & Vits B, C & D in it too!

Alton: if you have enough of those muscle cramps, just like an overworked
athelete, you
may get a lactic acid buildup! <grin>
