Thank you Doc. I haven't been able to get much "first hand" information a=
bout accupuncture and pain relief. I would like to try it, but I am still=
feeling a little chicken. (silly, I know, but honest) I would like to tr=
y and get a range of input first, somehow I think that it will help me ge=
t more comfortable about the idea. Be Well, Mandy

I'm in a pain support group as well as seeing a physician on a
regular basis for medications. Also, the PM&R doc I see likes
to try different modalities. Point being, the only way you will find
out if acupuncture works for you is to try it. The doc I was seeing
moved on,=A0 so I'm going to have to find another to give the needles=
another try. Some of the folks in the group have had complete
relief from multiple massages each week and others have found
relief from acupuncture. One guy had his wife go with him for
treatment and the Doc taught her how to insert the needles when
he has a bad day. Just some thoughts..................
