Is it one muscle or multiple? Sounds like
multiple.
Did you call your doctor? Besides the meds
usually taken for spinal disorder spasms
(baclofen, tizanidine, ...), there are
muscle relaxing meds taken by people with
back spasms, etc. Some of these may be
quick acting. Call the doctor pronto.
