Dear Kevin,
I was on a regimine of both for 14 months. They were supposed to do
exactly what you want them too, as explained to me by my Dr., I didn't have
any success, please don't take that to mean that I don't think that you should
try it. What works seems to depend on the individual body because my
girlfriend takes both for MS complications and swears it is the best thing she
ever did. I did not suffer ANY side effects, nor does she. It is never my
intention to discourage, only share my experience. I wish you the very best,
and will be praying for your success.
