Botox injections

Has anyone had any experience with the drug botox. I have. Botox, when
injected into a muscle spasm, paralyzes it. I have bad spasm in the
torso. My Neuro injected the drug and it was bye-bye spasm. Normally
botox is used on smaller muscle as it was thought not to appropriate for
larger muscles like those in the trunk...but it worked great. The
drugs' effect lasts 3-4 months then the injection is repeated. The
catch is that it's expensive. If your insurance supports the botox
shots it is terrific.
