I have been reading all the postings on incontinence. You people should =
feel lucky that you are not actually incontinent.

My husband is. He has an in-dwelling catheter and has bowel movements =
that he doesn't even know about. He has no warning, sign, etc., because =
he is paralyzed from the waist down.

Just a note to help you with your frustrations. There are people who are =
much, much worse off than you.
