Lauren, I just started, and am only 2.5 mg twice a day; it's too early for me to
say that it'll always work or not. It is, however, at least now, a big immediate
improvement.

can help with some types of incontinence so that meds are not needed.Those Kegal
exercises..perhaps in future I won't need this at all. As I said, incontinence
can have many causes and treatments. I guess my point was, don't be resigned to
it, talk about it, see what can be done.For me, denial was more than just a river
in Egypt..
