Hi,
That doctor needs a real swift kick!! Hon, I've learned that doctors
represent a pretty good cross section of society. Some of them are
going to be total jerks with the tact and diplomacy of a bull elephant
in heat!
I know nothing about the test you mentioned. In your place I think I
would ask for a referral to a different doctor. It's going to be difficult if
not impossible, for you to ever form any kind of a
working realtionship with this one.
In the meantime, don't take his so-called diagnosis too seriously. I
know that's not going to be easy, but just keep telling yourself that
this man knows absolutely nothing about you and does not have the
ability or the right to form that type of an opinion after one meeting.
My own personal opinion of doctors----it's very much like being a
parent-----most of the work has to go on between the ears not out of
a book or a machine.
