Hi,
I spoke to my doctor before I started taking it. I'm on a lot of
prescription meds and didn't want to interfere with any of them.
He was all for it. At the time he wasn't familiar with CO Q10 at all
so both of us did some research and he decided if it helped --great.
If it didn't help it would do no harm.
We did the same thing with Bill's Aunt's doctor. Mom sees the same
doctor as Bill and I so it was just a matter of check that it was ok
with her meds.
Since then my doctor has recommended it to several of his other heart
patients and they had similiar results.
I would definitely recommend that anyone considering alterntive meds
or over the counter meds consult with their doctor about it first.
We are very lucky to have a very open minded doctor but some aren't.
