CO Q10

Hi,
My husband and I have taken Co Q10 for almost 3 years. In that
period of time I have reduced my nitroglycerin use by tremendously.
Before using it I was using, on average, about 50 sub lingual tablets
a month of nitro. After using for a period of maybe 30 days my nitro
usage was cut to maybe 2 or 3 tablets a month. Some months I have
needed no nitro at all. I neglected to say that I have angina pectoris.
My husband cannot use nitro at all so that was not a factor with him.
I do believe that his heart problems have been improved due to CO Q10.
Until this last attack, which is a different problem with the heart,
he has been in much better heart health than his doctor expected.
We started giving the CO Q10 to my Mother and my husband's Aunt who
both live with us and both have congestive heart failure. Prior to
this they required hospitalization (again average) about every three
months. Neither of them have been in the hospital in over two years.
Is this the result of the CO Q10? I'm really not sure, but I won't
stop giving it to them!!
One other development, I have reduced my blood pressure medicine by
50%. Again, I don't know if this can be attributed to the CO Q10 or
not, but I'll continue taking it!
I think it's great stuff!!
