a little improvement

Hi all,
this is Roberta1, as usual!
I write to inform you that Roberta2 has had in these days a little
improvement and this makes all of us hope that something's going to happen.
She can move a little muscle near her neck, tha italina name of the muscle
is "platisma", I hope that in English the name is similar.
What do you think about it?
She also feels some unvolounteer (?) movement in her arms and legs, but
doctors say it's not a very good sign, as we have interpreted.
