Some one else may be able to answer your questions about pain and knots
in your arms. I had TM 18years ago and I still have pain i my back and
legs. When I was recovering from this I had the same questions as you,
and my neuro. told me that what ever level of pain and mobility that I
had at two years is what i would have live wth. This has proved prettty
true for me. Others have had varying levels of recovery, there is no one
way for all. We are all different in what TM has done or is doing to us.

I was wanting to know if anyone out there with TM has alot of pain in the
muscles of the upper arms? My arms always have alots of knots in them. I got
Tm over 1 year ago. I also have alot of back pains. Does the pain ever go
away????
