First of all, hello to everyone again. If you remember several weeks
back I
tried to send out a question and it did not go thru. Never did figure
out
why. At anyrate I am going to try this again.
I am 33 months into the blessing called TM. At this point in my life I
am
about 85% recovered. I am able to walk but limp a lot on my bad left
leg
when I get tired. I still have greatly reduced feeling to temperature
from
about the navel down and a loss of some feeling there too. I have some
bowel and bladder problems at times, and I get tired easilly. I really
have
to watch my balance. Well, things had been going along fairly well
untill
about three or four months ago. I noticed that with any exertion, from
workouts to heavy labor, it felt as if someone was pricking me with
hundreds
and hundreds of little tiny pins on my chest and back area, and not
below
where the feeling is lost. It does not hurt really, but mostly
annoying,
and obviously raises enough concern for me to ask.
There are some days when I do not notice it, and other days when it
seems to
happen with less that a great deal of exertion. I try to work out four
or
five days a week to keep my legs as strong as possible. I have not
noticed
anyone else mention this sort of problem since I have paid attention to
the
problem, but I do remember something about a feeling similar to this.
Can
anyone give me a clue as to what might be causing this?
Thanks for the help, I'll look forward to any comments. Hope everyone
is
doing as well as possible, MIke in Mukilteo by the Bay.
