Barbara, thanks so much for your response. Last night I was quite embarrassed that my quest for answers had been translated into anxiety about getting worse. I was pretty upset at what must have appeared to be paranoia and/or hypochondria. I value all of you too much to have you have that impression of me. The lesson learned is to lighten up, I guess. So I won't "fanatically" pursue the differences between Guillain-Barre Syndrome and TM, although if anyone knows. . . :-)

Just for the record, everything is quite status quo with me and, in fact, I was able to relate to Gunny not long ago that there had been an appreciable increase in leg strength when measured right after Xmas! Hallelujah!

To add my 2 cents on a couple of other topics:

I don't think there's anything the least offensive about discussing sexual problems due to TM. Physical love is as important to the health and well-being of a body as emotional love and being able to get answers to questions about it is important. I applaud Lisa for asking for our sakes as well as her own. AND, there seem to be several young ladies we know of, currently in their teens, who will probably come to have concerns about this part of a committed relationship. Let's not blush about it.

Re the guys responding to questions about female bladder control issues. . .well, this topic doesn't bother me any either. I'm just sorry that Alton's bum is prostrate and his prostate is bum. I'm wishing well on both counts? :-)

Has anyone had an update on Gunny and Maria? Am anxious to know that they are on the mend!

Thanks everyone!

Jane
