Fruits, vegetables, potatoes - in fact sugar is a carbohydrate.
Basically all vegetable matter. Bread and grain is just one source.

Very good question! I'll try to find out where one gets carbohydrates
and that don't contain gluten.
Does anyone else know?

Would that mean eating no grain products at all? How do you get the
