I sent this last night but didn't see it come through. Forgive me, please, if
you get it twice. :)

Can you actually feel your bladder spasm? Or do you just know it does from the
results? Urinary problems are one of the most distressing things, to me, since
TM. I don't self-cath, but have to be aware of where the restrooms are
everywhere I go. I do still experience frequency, leakage (though the dr.
seems to think that may be from getting older and having three rather large
children -- yet it didn't happen before TM), and occasionally feeling like I'm
having trouble completely voiding. Most of the time it is pretty well under
control now. (I actually went for a record three and a half hours on a short
trip recently without having to stop at a bathroom!!) But sometimes, without
any warning at all just all of a sudden there will be what feels like a surge
just about to come, and I have wondered if that is a bladder spasm or what. No
pain or anything internally.
