Hello William, I don't recall seeing you on here before. Welcome and I
hope we get better acquainted. How long have you had TM ? I guess no
matter what the time would be it is all just too long. I have been
trying too hard fr 18 years. I am now 73 and thanks to the swimming pool
I am seeing some more positive change. I have tried to live life as
normal as possible. we need keep a positive attitude as much as
possible. It helps to get out among people who accept how you are. I can
than accept myself better. It's tough to realize that life has changed
and we can't go back to what we were. Hang in there, take it one day at
a time.

Ken in sunny cool Texas

Hi everyone , mom thought I could use some of your wit and humor in
dealing with this garbage. At this point (5 years), I'll try anything
once. EXCEPT MEDICATION OR INTRUSIVE MEASURES. This seemed to be a pain
free way to express some of my thoughts, feelings, and of course anger. I
don't talk about this much, I guess that's the reason for her
suggestion. She actually looks at me and knows when i'm having more
trouble than usual. She worries that I push too hard. I do, but that's
what has gotten me this far. Any other "pushers",(people who try too
hard to be normal and suffer for it) out there ?
