Good to hear from you! We've enjoyed getting to know your mom. She may have
mentioned your name in the course of telling us a little about you, but I'm
afraid I forgot it...

Usually we do have to push ourselves to make any progress, and it is hard to
know we've overdone it until it is too late. One of TM's hallmarks is its
unpredictability, but usually after a while we can kind of get a feel for how
to work with our bodies in their new state, such as planning a "light day", if
possible, after a busy or stressful day.
