Hi Mykella,
Most hospitals have a patient advocate whose job it is to listen to
any complaints or concerns you have about your hospital care. I had
to do this once during one of my Mom's hospitalizations. If you call
the business office they should be able to connect you. Or possibly
one of the nurses would contact them for you.
