This is in response to Renee Thomas's post.

My husband is in hospital again with a UTI this time. All of his =
medications are given to me, I check them, ask the doctors any relevant =
questions, and then I give them to him. There have been errors, but =
everyone involved is very happy when I point out any errors. I don't =
know what type of system you have wherever you live, Renee, but here in =
Canada we have total access to all medical information.
