I'm glad you posted this! I heard it on the radio. It was a very
interesting explanation of what Transverse Myelitis is --- here locally -
as well as a story that if I remember right said the daughter was playing
basketball and got a headache and later became paralyzed from the waist
down. I wanted to be sure to get the story right so I tried to find it
on the internet and couldn't find it. .....I thought it said Bobby
Unser's daughter. I'm glad you got it right......THANKS!!!!
They always talk about this being a "rare" disease. I don't exactly
know how it can be so rare because it seems like every couple of days
someone signs on here with a story. Anyway, I'm glad you are on top of
this!!!!
