I too had the same experience with too much resistance. I have found that the
resistance of water has worked the best, leaving me much less fatigued, but
able to exercise for longer periods of time and actually getting a
cardiovascular benefit, as I was unable to get my heart rate up to 75-80%
maximum on land, without a lot of pain afterwards. Just a thought. . . .Good
