I want to thank every one of you that sent BD wishes to Tera last week! I
have been offline for several days and will thank each of you personally, but
in the mean time, until I catch up, I wanted you to know that it meant a great
deal to Tera and me. We are in the middle of having a typical teenager/parent
conflict right now, so I don't know if she is responding back to you all, but
I hope she is. Come to think of it, I don't know if this is typical or not. I
have not had experience with a teenager NOT on prednisone, so I don't know how
much of it is normal and how much is the drug. I do know she is not the same
person she was last year, but then neither am I. She has handled things so
well for so long, I don't know if she is beginning to crack. I am thinking
she may be in need counseling. Her neurologists keep saying they think she has
Devics Disease instead of TM. How do you suggest to someone that they need
counseling, when they think they are fine? Thanks for being such a fine group,
and for listening when I go off on a tangent.
