Hi,
You are so right, keep a positive attitude. And keep encouraging your
friend. My daughter was told she was going to die, well she didn't----
then she was told she would never leave a hospital bed, and she did---
then the doctors said she would never get out of her wheel chair.
She did that too!! (<: It is now almost 5 years later and she is
walking around just fine. There are some residual effects, but nothing
she can't deal with.
You just keep thinking as you are, and working for the very best
result possible. That is going to be different with each person, but
I truly believe there is a higher power determining these things.
Both of you, all of you, keep smiling and keep working. I won't tell
you don't get discouraged, because at times you're going to. But get
a good nights rest and get up the next day and start all over again.
Determination, perseverance, faith, call it whateve you like-----it
works. Smiles and lots of laughter is as good as any medicine.
I'll keep all of you in my prayers
Alice
