Hi All ~
There's been some mention lately of UTI's so thought I would throw
something out on the table regarding these.
When I was paralyzed and couldn't move my body enough to even
catheterize myself... a nurse taught Bill how to do it for me. (I was
never hospitalized... everything was done at home)....anyway, he was so
afraid of me getting a UTI that he practically drown me in Betadine. He
would pour it on a cotton ball and smear it all over me before inserting
the catheter.
It worked. I never had even the slightest urinary tract infection.
