Hi All!
Seems many are having problems right now!
Just wanted to let you know Alan is in the hosp. with a severe UTI.
Started with pain in left testicle on Wed, and he thought he had inj.
it, but then had much blood in urine when he cathed that eve..Started on
oral antibiotics, but Fri.had much swelling in his testicles, and a temp
of 103, so Dr said he needed to go to hosp. and have IV antibiotics. He
also had much low back pain and was terrified that he was having another
TM episode, but it seemed it was just muscle spasms, as muscle
relaxants helped the pain. His urine is clearing, and fever is down,
but swelling has not subsided as yet. He is hoping he won't have to be
in hosp long, as he hasn't built up much time off since the last time.
Hopefully he will be able to write soon for an update.
I wrote this letter yest., but it has not come up in my email, so I am
assuming I must have done something wrong---If some of you get 2 of
these, I apologize.
