i, I am new to the list, this is the first time I write.
I have a friend in the hospital since 3 weeks ago and she has been diagnosed
TMA. Right now she can't move and breathe by herself, the level of TMA is
C3.
I'd like to know if everyone has had a same disease or knows someone who had
it and can tell me something about expectations of a total recover or
medicines or treatments that can help in this way.
A big problem is that here in Italy, where I live, there are very few
aknowledgments about the disase.
Does anyone of you know if there are structure in Europe that can be
considered specialized in TMA?

Connie and Pat's excellent responses to you says it all. I would like to
