On August 28th, 1998, the Court held that the State of Ohio's $5.00 fee
for the issuance of a permanent windshield placard violated the Americans with
Disabilities Act, enjoined the State of Ohio from collecting this fee from you
and other further applicants, and ordered the State of Ohio to reimburse all
Class action Members who had been required to pay this ILLEGAL FEE from
January 26, 1992 to present.
