I've always wondered: is there some benefit from an HMO standpoint to having a diagnosis of TM compared to MS? Or is this the conservative approach
to a diagnosis.

And it would be really interesting to know what the percentage of people diagnosed with MS is from the beginning, with no other initial diagnosis.
