2 You MUST, and I understand that this won't be easy,
change an attitude that the glass is half empty into
a conviction that the glass is half full. If you
think it empty, it will become more empty; if you
think it half full, it will become more full.
3 Instead of resenting a dependency on others, seek
it to the extent you ask for help with this attitude
