I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is hereditary at all.
 I know it is something that is caused by a virus. I wish I knew how my Mom caught it. Does anyone know how they caught it?
 
(Forgive me please for not being very knowledgable on this. I have visited your site before, and have received the 2 newsletters that have come out since I signed up during the Spring of last year, but haven't found any other information.)
 
The reason I am asking if it runs in the family is because my older Mother's sister has MS and has had it for about the same length of time since the onset of my Mom's TM symptoms. This is why everyone thought my Mom had MS as well, but the doctor's could never get the test's to prove it.
 
Now it is very obvious that they do not have the same thing at all. They both have difficulties, but are quite different. My Mom is worse than my Aunt, but my Aunt does have a more positive attitude.
