I have so many questions, but please tell me more about the Baclofen pump.
The muscle spasms are one of the worst things about this disease for me.
People ask me if they hurt, but it's more than that. They make me feel out of
control, they disturb my sleep, and they destroy my attention span. Sometimes
I'll be thinking I feel pretty good because they've stopped, and then they
start up again. And I can't really seem to find a pattern (or a cause and
effect) for them.
As I said, I never had the terrible pain that some people have, but I don't
think that I've been comfortable for 5 minutes straight since I got this
rotten disease! I used to read all the time, but I just can't concentrate any
more.
